Step through the front door and you’ll see one of my favorite decorating combinations – wood and white. The living room is spacious with a warm wood vaulted ceiling and Terra cotta tile floors.

Normally you don’t see a fireplace in the entryway, but this modern Mediterranean home has one!

The kitchen is spacious but not too large. Wood floors add warmth to the white cabinets and walls.

The dining room has leather director chairs and a unique wood bead chandelier. Long white drapes add softness to the light, bright space.

Another fireplace makes an appearance in the cozy family room. Although some people might find this modern Mediterranean home too white, I do like the clean lines and use of natural wood. Even the furnishings are un-fussy.

Unique rattan chairs hug the breakfast nook table, creating a comfortable and appealing place to start the day.

Another unique light fixture is found in one of the bedrooms with a warm and fuzzy white rug on the floor. The four poster platform bed is a beautiful addition.

The beauty of this Spanish style home extends to the outdoor living spaces, with a white fireplace, palm trees, and a rustic table for al fresco dining.

This home does have a bit too much white for my taste, but I so love the Southwest style of living and decor. I’ve lived in the Midwest my entire long life, except for 4 temporary years in Southern California, but a brighter, warmer and drier climate is looking very good right now. Sigh…..
I love white and wood tones so have been having fun looking through this house, thinks, love it when you mix them up.
Great looking house from someone who lives in metro Phoenix. However that microwave is even with the top of the door jamb…Who could see into that? Well, maybe a Phx Sun player (basketball)…
