The Perfect Vacation Ski Home with Family-Friendly Interiors
Get ready to cozy up in this grand ski lodge by Design Bar with vaulted beamed ceilings and stylish furniture. Large windows throughout the lodge provide breathtaking views of the New York landscape. Step inside and take a look!
This amazing living room in the rustic sky lodge is the first thing that caught my eye. The combination of the fireplace, different wood tones on the vaulted ceilings, the expansive windows, the gorgeous light fixture, and the Chesterfield leather sofa flanked by velvety blue wing chairs. It all pairs together so well.
The floors are pretty amazing too and perfect for holding up to a lot of family activity.
The kitchen is just as warm and cozy as the rest of the New York vacation home with little pops of red courtesy of the oven range.
The dining room enjoys a lighter look but still features a wood ceiling and floors. The beautiful blue rug adds just the right touch of color in this otherwise neutral space.
I’m completely and hopelessly in love with this master bedroom which enjoys the other side of the see-through fireplace you first saw in the living room. From the rustic ceiling to the elegant and fluffy bed, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of hitting the ski slopes.
Of course, this little nook would be another cozy spot to curl up and enjoy a book and a cup of hot chocolate. Isn’t it dreamy?
Neutral tones in another bedroom create a warm and welcome space to dream. A faux fur rug is layered over carpet for added appeal.
This bathroom has an industrial flair paired with sleek modern surfaces. The Edison style lights over the mirrors are a fun and whimsical addition.
The walk-in shower enjoys natural light from the windows placed high enough to provide privacy.
Outside, the family can enjoy beautiful views from the expansive deck.

Looks like a wonderful vacation home!
Vacation Home?!?! Be still my heart …. Let me live there all year long!!:)
Loved the brick and wood used, scenery was wonderful.
Wish I had learned to ski. My husband went for years but now if we go I’d be stuck on the bunny slope while he’s off skiing. This home would be the perfect place to stay for sure!
