Charming Home Tour ~ Tidbits

Seems like every Sunday I start off by saying, “Have I got a gorgeous home tour for you today!”  But I truly feel that way. I’ve been featuring charming homes for over a year now and I don’t think I’ve even begun to scratch the surface in showcasing beautiful blogger homes … there are just so many!  I hope that you’ve found new blogs to follow on this journey of pretty homes. Today is no different … I’ve got a gorgeous home tour for you today! Allow me to introduce Cami’s bright and cheery home; she blogs at Tidbits.

Cami’s cottage style kitchen will take your breath away!  Of course, I love the blue and white color scheme, but take a look at the attention to detail. Corbels that hold up a planked breakfast bar, open shelving … some painted white, some left in natural wood, a gooseneck faucet, the list goes on!

 

Painted brick sets the backdrop for Cami’s casual dining area. She has 3 girls and 1 boy (all adorable) and I bet they love sitting on the bench at the table.

 

Sun filters into the large, cottage style living room with its rustic fireplace and wood floors. I love Cami’s color scheme, but that’s not the only thing we share in common. Cami’s a runner, just like me, she loves decorating and enjoys doing crafts, among other things.

 

Here’s another view of the living room. Cami made the horse art on the wall. She’s so creative and she reminds me of Midas … everything she touches turns to gold!

 

Cami displays her creativity in her entryway, as well.

She cleverly hung a mason jar pendant inside the front door!

 

In the master bedroom, Cami created an appealing neutral color scheme with a gorgeous headboard and French style linens.

 

Her daughter’s bedroom is irresistibly charming, with its cottage style bed, planked walls, and painted blue armoire. Wood floors lend an element of richness to the room.

 

In her other daughters’ bedroom, Cami created unique beds that lift up to reveal storage space underneath!  A book shelf on the wall above the bed provides convenient storage for nighttime reading.

 

Cami’s creativity extends to her outdoor living spaces, where you’ll find this gorgeous rope rug that she made. She shares the tutorial on her blog and I’m determined to make one!
