Charming Details in a Vintage Farmhouse Kitchen
Let’s start the week with a charming and unique vintage farmhouse kitchen by Davenport Building Solutions. I think it’s safe to say you’ve probably not seen a kitchen like this before, with wood cabinet and door fronts and white trim and molding around them. Not to mention the super cute yellow refrigerator!

The cabinets provide a unique look with both natural wood and white finishes. Open shelves create a casual vibe – with a metal chicken feeder used to cradle small plates.

My hope is that I’ll one day have dark wood counter tops like these. I think they add so much warmth to a kitchen.

The yellow refrigerator creates a fun focal point in the vintage farmhouse kitchen. I love the way it’s framed when viewed through the butler’s pantry.

You’ll find plenty of fun details in the kitchen, like the alphabet drawer pulls.

The kitchen isn’t huge, but it proves that small spaces can be functional and pretty.

My kitchen isn’t very big either, but it has everything i need and i wish it were as cute as this one and i love those dark wood countertops. This is a lovely cosy kitchen.
Love this. Where can you purchase a fridge like this or similar to this one, one with a vintage look?
I’m eyeing those skinny doors to the right of the refrigerator. I wish more effort went into storage of this kind in apartment kitchens.
We recently did a bit of renovating in our kitchen and I entertained the thought of leaving our wood-look cabinet doors unpainted because so many people, including some decorator friends, seemed to like the“funky” look of our “ancient” cabinets. It would have been interesting but probably not anywhere close to this. Can’t say that I like the look but I have to appreciate the beauty of these pine cabinet doors.
I love the yellow fridge even though I could not actually live with yellow. Not really liking any of the rest. Even so, I always appreciate when people create a look they like. We are not meant to all be the same.
