Cute Laundry Room with the Family Dog in Mind
Today’s cute laundry room feature by Stefani Stein not only incorporates cottage style, but it has great functionality as well. You see, it’s not just a place to wash clothes. It’s a place for the family dog to dine and take a rest after being outside.
The space serves as a mud room too, since it’s positioned between the kitchen and a door to the outside. Custom tile work is seen on the wall and at the window, and a unique pendant light hangs from the slightly vaulted ceiling.
Just inside the door are built-in food and water bowls for Fido. He looks a bit like a golden doodle to me. Note the fun trim around the window.
The charming laundry room even has a special bed for puppy. He looks quite cozy in there. Linens can be immediately folded on the counter and placed into roll-out storage bins.
A pop-out laundry rack creates space for air drying fine linens. I need one of these racks in my life.
A stackable washer and dryer set makes economical use of floor space, allowing for additional cabinets to be installed for storage.
Today’s laundry room by Stefani Stein is pretty much my dream space for creating enjoyment for a mundane task.

Really cute and efficiently planned room! It may just be me, but the “tiling” looks like it COULD be wallpaper. ??? That would be even more cute and efficient IMHO. Lots of good ideas to be gathered from this post. Thanks!
Wow, now that is efficiency and organization, and a well-thought-out plan. And the precious pup is the icing on the cake. Thanks, Jennifer.
Very well planned and so cute and pretty at the same time.
What a blessed puppy! I like the brightness of the room especially. I couldn’t keep my 2 from wanting to be by my side but maybe if we were gone and they were home alone they’d go off and lay on that bed..well probably the couch would be more like it. The drying rack is a neat idea and something I’m looking into. I’m busy trying to figure out an arbor for my new rose that will be in our NE corner front area of our home. After that my laundry room will need attending to. It’s small so the rack is an idea.
Very nice, very cute, and delightful, including the family dog. ..Xs for him or her.
