Decorating with Sunflowers
Yesterday I visited a U-pick flower farm and they had gorgeous sunflowers ready for snipping. This inspired me to think about how to use sunflowers in my home as fall decor to add a pop of color.

There’s no denying the beauty of these cheery flowers. Their sunny petals are sure to cheer your spirits and bring a little sunshine into your home when the days are shortening.
Sunflowers come in a range of sizes so choose your vase accordingly. Here, medium-sized flowers look great in a white vase on a window sill.

I love this slightly messy arrangement in a rustic vase. The bouquet demands attention in an all-white kitchen.

When decorating with sunflowers, you don’t have to limit yourself to the actual flower itself. Sunflowers add color and style in paintings or fabrics.
Of course, the real flowers always look great as a centerpiece, especially when paired with other colorful flowers.
Bouquets of sunflowers look great when dining outdoors, too.

Late summer and early fall is a great time for decorating with sunflowers. They’re readily available at farm markets and grocery stores alike.

Later next week I’ll share more about my trip to the U-Pick Flower place down the road from me. It was beautiful and the experience refreshed my spirits!

They really are pretty, i need to bring some in my house. I love visiting places where they have flowers of all different kinds ,it just makes me happy. Have a great weekend.
I love flowers of all kinds, but sunflowers are my favorite! They are so bright and pretty. I admit that I am a teeny bit envious of your flower farm nearby- I wish I had one close!
I also have a flower farm down the road from my house. It always makes me happy when they open back up in the springtime. Do you have any advice how to keep the water clean with sunflowers? I usually put them in a colored vase so the water can’t be seen. 🌻🌻. When we were in Italy we so miles and miles of sunflowers along the highway as we traveled through Tuscany. We were told that they are grown for their oil. It was a breathtaking imagine that I will never forget!
