The Ultimate Cozy Cabin You’ll Want to Curl Up In!
Once you see this ultimate cozy cabin by Snake River Interiors, you’ll want to curl up in it all winter long. Although it has exposed dark log walls, there’s enough white-painted paneling to keep it from feeling dark and foreboding. This guest cottage should be called the cabin of contrasts. The rustic dark logs stand out against white shiplap walls and ceiling. The rusticity of the wood looks great with the elegant chandelier.

Classic, traditional furniture creates an efficient conversation area for those wintry nights. And what a beautiful winter scene through those French doors. A gallery wall of bird prints is a nod to the nature scene outside. And that couch – I’m looking at a similar one for my living room. I’m just waiting for fabric swatches to arrive before making a decision.

I love vintage oil paintings and this one is an intriguing scene in an elegant gold frame. There appears to be two horse riders in the clouds while a couple of cowboys watch from below.

A buffalo print reflects the west where this ultimate cozy cabin is located. You’ll notice the use of mirrored doors throughout the home, creating the illusion of space and lending a bit of a modern vibe to the cabin’s rustic roots.

Are you surprised by the pale blue color of the kitchen cabinets? You might expect wood or something darker but this is just another contrast in this cozy guest cabin.

A snowy scene can be enjoyed from the dining area in the small kitchen that’s brightened with blue cabinetry.

Despite the snow outside, this ultimate cozy cabin exudes warmth and style inside. The charming breakfast nook enjoys great views of the Wyoming terrain. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to enjoy some pancakes and coffee at this table overlooking the countryside.

Views of nature are enjoyed from the bedroom, too. The iron bed features an extra deep mattress, a plump comforter, and plenty of pillows that add comfort and color. I think I’d leave the curtains open when falling asleep to allow the moonlight to filter through the windows.

A metal pendant light contrasts nicely against the log walls and mirrored farmhouse doors give the illusion of a larger bedroom.

Mirrored barn doors on the closets are used in the main bedroom of today’s ultimate cozy cabin to create the illusion of space. A set of drawers is tucked conveniently between the two closets.

A second bedroom features the same pendant light with white painted paneling and dark log walls. The Wyoming mountains can be seen through the window, providing amazing morning views.

Oh, my, “Ghost Riders in the Sky.” A lot to like here. I had to go back and check out some details twice. I love the chinking between the logs and am surprised that I like the black log stain. The ceiling lights are amazing and the bedding wonderful. Despite the blue, I could move right in!
