bedroom decorating ideas December 16, 2020

It’s that time of year when we could all probably use a good rest and escape from the world for a bit. This rustic cottage master bedroom just might do the trick!

Soft linens on the bed provide cozy comfort while a gorgeous, vintage reading lamp makes it easier to curl up and enjoy a romantic novel late at night.

Wooden beams add a hint of rusticity while a French country vintage dresser adds a bit of femininity.

A painted door has a bit of subtle trim and the number one lends a farmhouse vibe.

Note the small doors at the bottom of the eaves. Not only are they adorable (doors can be adorable, right?) but they provide much needed storage space in the small cottage master bedroom.

I would live in this room all winter long! It is so beautiful and serene feeling. I especially love that dresser and mirror!

I loved the number on the bedroom door idea! Now that we are empty nesters and all of our kids gone, the bedrooms are guest bedrooms. I think it would be so fun to say – you’ll be in guest room #4 etc. Love it! Thanks for posting it and yes, I’m ready for an escape from the world a bit. Hope you have a blessed Christmas.
