Today’s charming home tour is filled with warm and cozy appeal. You’ll find texture and vintage treasures within the walls of Randolph Cottage. Built by Bret Franks Construction, this endearing charmer is part of the Southern Living Plan Collection. The home is decorated by Park Hill Home. This is such a beautiful home, I think…
Today’s fresh country style home by J. Steven Kemp pairs two of my favorite decorating staples – wood and the color white. The rooms are warm, inviting, and beautifully styled. The living room contains a variety of textures. Shiplap walls hug the room, soft linens cover the armchairs, and earthen pottery graces the built-in shelves….
Scandinavian ambiance has always attracted me, even back when I was a kid. Maybe it’s because I grew up in a Swedish town that had the most amazing and cozy Swedish gift shop that’s been in busy since 1947! My mother would take me there and buy her Christmas gnomes. One thing I love about…

I have to give a lot of credit to architects and homeowners that can see beyond the four walls of a building and envision something spectacular. Today’s charming home tour is an amazing, renovated Victorian school that I found on Houzz (photos by…
Temperatures are rising into the 80’s which means summer has unofficially arrived in our neck of the woods! Summer is my favorite season when the Earth is fully alive and birds are in full song. Love it all.
I love the simplicity of it all Jennifer. No fuss and clutter, just beautiful useful pieces and a lovely touch with the white glasses like your grans. Don’t you love it when you find thrifty finds that remind you of a time in your own childhood.
Very fresh looking, Jennifer! Love the simplicity of your table setting. The book page runner is very creative. We are going to our daughter’s for Christmas day also. I still have no idea what we are having Christmas Eve, but it will just be myself, hubby and our son so I’ll keep it easy and simple.
Jennifer, I LOVE your touches of Christmas in your dining room. I need to work on mine today. I just may borrow a few of your ideas. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, Gail

Love the green and white. I have lots of red this year so this gave me the idea to do some white with all of it on the table. I have lots of white so no excuse to do the same old boring thing I always do.
Bliss
SO pretty! Love the book page runner idea. I’m impressed, you’re ready for Saturday already!
Simple and festive, Jennifer. I love it!
So soft and pretty. I love the simple decor and what a great idea to decorate each plate with a couple of bulbs. The green looks perfect against the neutrals.
It’s all so very pretty…love all of vintage ornaments that you have used.
